Do I need to accept donations?
No. Donations have been removed from Baby Bids. We found that the Amazon registry approach is a better experience for everyone — guests can buy something meaningful and you get exactly what you need.
How does the Amazon registry work?
Create a free registry on Amazon, then paste your registry's sharing URL into your pool settings. A 'Shop the Registry' button will appear on your pool page for all guests.
How do I create a pool?
Click 'Get Started Free', give your pool a name, set the due date, and choose which baby stats to include. Then share the link and watch the guesses roll in!
Who wins?
Once your baby arrives, you submit the actual stats. Baby Bids calculates who was closest on each category and crowns the overall winner. A confetti announcement is shown to everyone.
Can I use Baby Bids for a second baby?
Absolutely. You can create as many pools as you like. Each pool gets its own unique link.
