Eligibility
Pool creators must be 18 years or older. Guests may submit guesses only where permitted by local law and with parent or guardian supervision when appropriate.
Entertainment-only service
Baby Bids is for fun and social engagement. No gambling, cash prizes, or real-money wagering is supported.
User responsibility
You are responsible for content posted to your pools and for sharing links only with people you trust.
Third-party services and links
Amazon registry links and purchases are handled by Amazon. We are not responsible for third-party products, delivery, returns, or support.
Ads and affiliate disclosure
We may display advertising and affiliate links. Ad interactions and third-party tracking are governed by those third parties' terms and policies.
Account and content moderation
We may remove content or restrict access for abuse, fraud, harassment, or violations of these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Bids and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
